If both are in similar mechanical shape, then the camaro.
Though that's a biased opinion.
You would need to specify the mods, exhaust mods usually yield better improvements then intake.
Stock for stock the camaro has the edge in hp. I don't know how much hp a 2000 v6 mustang makes, I'm looking at 145-193 for the 1994-2004 ones.

i have 65k miles he has 110k miles. i dont have any mechanical problems, dont think he does.

he will have to say more about his exhaust idk...
my intake is just a ebay one, maybe 1-2 hp

I have a flowmaster catback exahust.
I don't think this really counts for anything, but i also changed my air filter to the high-flow K&N one.

I would have to say the camaro. I beleive they are a little lighter stock vs. stock as well. But maybe a drivers race. Just get a great launch, and you could take him.

My opinion...the camaro. I beat my friends 01 v6 stang all day and his is manual and I'm auto, same mods on both cars. Hes also a good driver. :D
