Screw the auto. He has a badass car and has fun driving it still. I have a lot of respect for that. Track times or not, enjoying the car is all that it is about.

autos are boring to drive. my car would have been sold and replaced already if it were an automatic... oh yea.. like the car before my camaro. 1997 firebird with an auto. damn nearly fell asleep driving that car.

They've been dropping everytime he goes to the track. I don't know why people keep telling him to swap in an automatic. I'd very much love to have a 5-spd. Telling him he will run faster at the strip in an automatic is pointless because he already knows that.
