  • Whats up with my 1/8 mile times?

    Seems anybody who is running mid to high 14's runs 9.30 to 9.70 1/8 and I have never broken 9.90 Is it just me or does my car pull like a mofo on top end or is there something I am missing here

            What kind of 60's are you pullin? 1/8'th is very dependant on 60'.

            1.82 60' for me = 8.9 1/8th.

            I bet your not hookin up as well as you'd like to be.

              Best 60' is a 2.21 :( and they usualy range from 2.20 to 2.30 so I can see where that could be the problem. I guess thats what I get for jumping before looking at the numbers [img]graemlins/dunce.gif[/img] :D

                    At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
