  • So I picked up the Lesbian car of choice...

    I picked up my new commuter/winter car. 2007 Legacy Limited.

    It came with lots of toys. I pasted most of this below from the website, haha.

    * 175-hp 2.5-liter 4-cylinder subaru boxer engine
    * 169 lb-ft of torque at 4,400 rpm
    * Sport slap shift +/-
    * 23 City / 30 Hwy Mpg
    * Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive
    * 4-wheel independent suspension
    * XM® Satellite Radio capability
    * Dual-zone automatic digital climate control system
    * Leather-trimmed upholstery
    * 4-stage heated front seats
    * 8-way power driver’s seat with manually adjustable lumbar support
    * 100-watt 6-speaker audio system with 6-disc in-dash CD changer, MP3/WMA capability and SRS WOW™ 3D audio enhancement
    * Auxiliary audio jack for portable media players
    * Power tilt/sliding-glass moonroof
    * Projector beam fog lights
    * Power, Heated Mirrors
    * Wiper defroster
    * 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty
    * Yada yada yada...

    I ordered an OEM spoiler for it. The dealership is going to install it free of charge. Figure it will help it out a bit from looking so much like an old woman car. Whatcha think?

              Yea, I think I may order the side skirts, but Im def getting the spoiler. It helps it out a lot. The interior is pretty classy, but in all honesty, the materials and feel of the GTO interior is better. The car was selling for 26. Subaru had a 750 dollar rebate, and I talked the dealer down another 3250, so esentially I got it for 22. Show me a better or comprable car for 22.

                    the interior looks pretty nice. I definitely agree that you need the spoiler. maybe those side skirts too. I'm still not a fan of those, but i hope it treats you well. post up when the spoiler is on.

                          Thanks again all. Thought for sure I'd get a lot of, "meeeh, so so..." comments, because of the striking resemblance of the old style Altima, lol.

                          Whats worse is yesterday on the highway I cut my g/f's mother off in it, didn't even notice. She calls me from her cell phone, "Yea, I got to see your new car... You just cut me off in it and I'd have to say, that qualifies as a grandma car."

                          I had plenty of room, b*tch... :p And besides, you told me to buy a cavalier, ugghhhh.

                            Nothing wrong with Cavaliers... a VERY reliable car. I've had mine for 6 years now and it looks damn good. See pic in thread below. ;)

                              maybe it is the people driving them but cavy's are the biggest POS i know of. I have trucks come into my shop with 250K+ miles on them used on a farms or in the oil fields in better shape than those things after 50K
