so i just checked out the 5th gen

im impressed! i was dropping the wife off when i saw it out of the corner of my eye at the chevy stealership. pulled in and checked it out. it was a v6 rs. car looks great, interior looks great, fit and finish look really good and it has a nice exhaust note to it. didnt get to drive it yet, had my daughter with me, but im going to try and get a test drive here soon. didnt have the camera with me but ill grab some pics of it later on.

I found out the sweet front end is on the z28. Thats next year and has more HP than the SS Bass ackwards. I think next year they will have a retractable hardtop, or hardtop convertable.

there isnt going to be a z28 anytime soon. matter of fact i wouldnt count on one for atleast the next 2 years.

Yea saw that on Tech. I herthe Z was coming out next year aliong with the convertable? I saw a pic of a white vert. Dunno if I like it. I dunno if I like the 5th gen at all. Still havent seen on in person but I hear they are tanks.

they're heavy but i dont know where they pack it all. my car looks like a boat next to one. and ill repeat it again, there WONT be a z anytime soon. if you havent noticed gm is in trouble, they dont have the money to finish a z28. theyve already said that until they can afford to build it, its on hold. and theyre nowhere near being able to afford it.
