alrighty. Ive read around here. and ive seen we have someone, forgot the name but he knows a little about fitness.

well i use to play football at the highschool, we would lift weights everyday and run and do other activities every other.

Well i quite the football team weighing around 175 muscle, in shape and toned.
Well over the last year and a half ive gotten up to 195, still a little bit toned, but losing muscle and getting chubby. I think.

I need a workout routine or something to stick to to keep in shape and tone back up.

I got a weightbench with enough weights and dumbbells, just need to know a routine and what else should i do to tone my stomach back down.

    Thanks for the help.

yeah talk to mighty. you could always do sit ups and crunchs for your stomach. then just start to run and or skate. both are giving you a twisting effect that works your trunk out.

I would say running is one of your best options. Once your done with your run do sit ups. Run like 4-5 times a week. But talk to mighty thor, cause I'm really no expert on this.

I shot up to 180ish when my reg. weight is 150ish. I got into biking and I'm back to 160 within 2 months. It's a lot easier for me than running, however, it can be much more expensive. Def. just get started on your cardio until thor shows up in here ; )

I eat fast food all the time, twice a day actually, probably for the last two months, and I haven't gained a pound. I suggest McDonalds followed by a regiment of Baconators.

Smoking a pack of cigs a day also helps. Inbetween smokes, I also suggest a tin of Skoal Mint long cut. When you get home, polish it all off with three cold Budweisers.
