  • Has anyone ever ordered from ftpp.net?

Just wondering, because at first their business seemed good, but I never got the item that was on back order, and since then it's been nothing but excuses, when they've actually replied. Just wondering if other people have ever done business with them and if they've had similar experiences.

When I placed the order I was still in the US. The oil pan said that it had a wait time of 4 to 6 weeks, but I still haven't got it, and that was last June when I ordered it. I got here in August, and it's kinda hard to do much but send e-mails while being over here. Whenever I ask about it, they say that it got sent out to someone else or that they'd forgotten about it, and each time they say they'll send it to me by the end of the week to my mom's address back home, but I still haven't got it.

He seemed like a pretty cool guy when I could get in touch with him, it's just I feel like I got the shaft on this deal cause I haven't been able to get a reply to e-mails, phone calls, or AIM messages for quite a while.

I have no idea then why I got it like this. Does anyone know how to contact him other than the e-mail addy listed at the site? I don't seem to get any responses from that.

i havent seen josh on here in a few years now. never done business with him, but ive talked to him quite a few times and never got the impression that he's out to stick it to ya.

to the OP, why dont you just ask for a refund? im sure he wont have a problem with that.

He seemed cool I bought decent amount of stuff years ago and gotten stuff quickly and everything was perfect.

But I will admit this isn't the first post I have seen like this. Not saying I have seen alot but this isn't the only post like this.

Yeah, i remember seeing one a while back. IIRC it got resolved without problems. Just a miscommunication.

I'm not swinging on Josh's nuts, I'm just saying this to reassure the OP that he didn't get intentionally screwed.

Josh helped me quite a bit when I was getting all of the parts for my rebuild. It took a LONG time to get the core back from my heads. He seemed (in my experience) more responsive when taking my money than giving it back. I left him several messages and e-mails to get my core back.

Besides that, the parts and everything were exactly what he and I discussed. I'd do business with him again, but not with anything with a core.
