    im sooo happy!!!:banana::banana::banana::banana:

    after about an hour of trying to figure out why my car wouldnt start, i had one of those retard moments and relized my coil packs wernt plugged in, DOH!

    After that it fired right up, and im not going to lie it sounds really really good. Dont know if its the oversized valves or the port work or what, but dam.

    It's 3:30am my time and i have to wake up to go to school in about 4 hours but i dont care im so happy. I took it down the street and back and it started running a little hot. It will probably take me a week to bleed out all the dam air in the coolant haha.

    ima go take a shower now with a gallon of fast orange

    Congrats. I know the feeling. Last month I reinstalled the 350 in my 69 camaro. I pulled it to install new aluminum heads, new cam, roller rockers, new oil pump and 7qt oil pan etc plus clean up the front subframe. My distributor was a tooth off and it wouldn't start. i reinstalled it correctly and broke in my cam and she ran great. Only one small oil leak from a loose timing cover bolt. Its a great feeling to hear your baby run.

                Re: head swap is a success!!!

                yes seems to rev up much faster and smoother, and im also running a little lean in the top end, and my idle is a little off. Im told i should gain a lot from a tune.

                Exhaust note is much more refined also. which is a plus

                      nice man definetly keep us up to date...I'm putting my cam and what not off till next year, but if you gain quite a bit from the heads, I may have those done by the end of this year....depends on a lot of factors, but it will definetly be something to look forward to. congrats man
