  • Why not to let friends ride your toys...

Broke my 06 450R last year, finally got it running this week after procrastinating all winter.

Had some friends in town that I went to school with in florida, and went out riding, after 2.5 hrs my friend comes walking up to me without my quad.

Says "he didnt do anything, he just stalled it out and it wouldnt shift".....

So he blew up the tranny on my quad, Its either :

    A. 1st gear broke apart
    B. Shift forks took a sh!t

Words cant describe how pist I am, 15 hrs or so of labor to fix + parts

To quote my dad: "There are two things that you never lend out to your buddy. That's your car and your woman, 'cause he can throw a rod in both of 'em."

            Gotta love Dad.
