I can read some, but not enough to help you. I can read Katakana and Hiragana, but I only know around 200 kanzi, most of which aren't likely to appear on your certificate. Sorry.

The fourth symbol is the word for cooperation. Remember, top -> bottom, each columns a line, Right -> left
