I'm teaching English. And since it's the semester break until February 25, I figured I might as well figure out what I'll do with my car when I get back to the states. But "Music for F-bodies in China"...If I ever make an album, that'll be the title.

LOL dont see how that will fly, seeing how there arnt any in China! You must be gitting paid well, but doesnt thier money suck in value compared to ours?

I get paid decent for China pay, but I have to send most of the money home each month. Gotta pay the car payment, student loan, credit card (paying for gas sucks, well, it DID anyways). Once I change it to US dollars, I make about $650 a month. But since the dollar keeps dropping in value I make more money everyday I'm here! It'll suck when I get back home though....Anyways, there was the 5th gen concept at the Shanghai Auto Show last year if that finds a loophole.

You get the picture? Saying a band like Rage has no talent whatsover just kind of makes you seem like well, an idiot, mostly because they are so incredibly popular (i don't necisarrily like them) that what your saying just doesn't really fly. If you want to say its not the kind of music you like, you are certainly entitled to, but saying a band , especially one as popular as Rage, has NO talent, just doesn't make your argument seem sensible.

did you have a bad concert experience with Rage somewhere along the way? Did the bassist not throw u his pick when u asked for it? You just seem to really LOATH this band... any particular reason?

popular and talented are 2 different things, they're popular to little kids that still drawl anarchy symbols on every thing they get. I've been playing guitar for 6 years now, why is that relevant, because when I started playing guitar it turn my attention away from the sound of the music and the way the sections melded together and the way they were played. look at ANY of the bands I listed and dare tell me they're musicians aren't some of the best. I do LOATH them and other "popular" talentless bands. They play the same thing over and over and over , no solos, no change ups NOTHING. Its crap. GWAR from the 80s was the same way, but they got a new guitarist and have been awesome ever sense. With out a doubt the best live show I've ever seen. not to mention "rage" reminds me of rap and thats another thing I loath, that and the culture that goes with it.
