    HID's arrived!

    SWEET!!!!

    For my b day my best friend bought me an H4 conversion and an HID head light kit!

    I had xenon headlights on the DD neon..... and since I no longer have that car I soooo miss them!

    So, the project this sunday is to install the H4 conversion and HID kit on the trans am! I'll take pic's

    HID's FTW!!!
    Race car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
    nitrous et & mph: 12.168 & 110.95 mph, n/a 13.746 & 96.38 mph
    2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8: 12.125, 116.45
    2010 Ford Taurus SHO: no times yet

    I always thought flip ups were tough on HID's?

        A 6 cylinder slk is as fast as an LT1!?!?! dump some paint thinner in the tank or somethin......

          Never done flip up hid's.... should be interesting.

          Yup - pic's will be posted.

          T/A was run in high 90's
          SLK was run in low 50's/ high 40's

          T/A was running pig rich also - I'm slowly fixing that.

                im sure its been done, just nobody here has done it. im interested to see pics of it.
