I just bought a brand new house out here in Buckeye AZ. 3000 sq feet, 3 car garage, 5 bed, 2.5 bath. It's so nice to finally have my own place. It looks kinda messy but we just had the movers drop off our stuff from Alaska and we are still kinda moving in.

I know I should have got 3 brand news ZO6's instead huh!

That house is pimp for ~$225k, congrats. The cars look great in the garage too. What did you put down for the loan? How bad is the property tax out there if you don't mind me asking?

225K wouldn't buy much around here, certainly not a 3000 sqft house. looks pretty new as well.

Gilby.. a shed doesn't count as a bedroom... neither does the minivan in the driveway... and the lawn doesn't count as a bathroom.

Put right around 8k down and the property tax is about 1700 a year.

Those camaros look so mean in the garage.

I agree but sorry to say both the camaros are getting pushed outside. The two corvettes, el camino, and busa will get the garage.
