about ~1400 for everything you see in the pic + all the smaller stuff you dont see.
My a4 is slowly going out and it is cheaper to do a manual swap than to get a new auto, or have it rebuilt

Why don't you do a write up. This way we can eliminate 5 millions threads that we get each year on "how can I do auto to manual swap?" Btw, good luck

sure ill try, but it's not that hard.
swap out the trans
replace the pedals, put the clutch master cylinder behind the pedals.
rewire 2 or 3 wires.
Then when it's all done, get your pcm reflashed
