Hey everyone... Wes (Mogobs30th) and I went to an open house at a shop by our house called Speed Inc on Saturday. Hundreds of f-bodies outnumbered any other type of car. There were some other beautiful cars there too. They were having a burnout contest most of the day in front of the shop (it is in an industrial park with little traffic so it was ok to block the street all day)

I got some amazing pics and thought I would post a few for you guys to see.



Someone thought it would be fun to light the chunks of rubber on fire.... so the camaro was waiting to go through. Thought the pic was cool



This was a friend of a friend.... with brand new $700 tires on his car.


Same guy a few senconds later....



This is what the ground look like when he was done. See the two dark black spots? lol


He did that 3 times. Needless to say, his $700 tires are now worth about $50, lol. The pics really don't even do it justice though. BEST burnout I have ever seen in my entire life. Many people there agreed. Hope he enjoyed the clapping.... now that he has to replace his tires, lol.

This one had an interesting paint job..... the purple and green were gorgeous... can't quite tell in the pic. Not sure if I am wild about the paint job, but its kinda cool

given the wheels, mark. id say he' can paint the ****ing thing pink and purple and it still wouldnt matter. im sure the car is a track car most of the time.

This car was a moderately modified LS1, with a NICE nitrous setup on it. But what I liked the most about it was the paint, really nice green and purple flames. But there were a TON of nice cars there, I was especially impressed with this one....



TT LS1....In a 1961 Impala. SWEET ride.

And no, the Lambo did not do burnouts.

Either did the SL65.... although he did press every button in his car for us as he drove past (sunroof, windows, etc. ) funny as hell

Pretty sure he is kinda spoiled and/or makes decent money on his own. Since he is young still, I am guessing it's more the first part.

Other people want to blow their money like that for my entertaiment... ok! lol Not my problem. I would never do that though. Go buy cheap tires if you wanna go to a burnout contest, lol.
