out of the 3 t-top cars ive had ive managed to remember to latch them every time. cant say ive never forgotten to secure the hood pins in the s10 i had though. i was working under the hood one day, then under the truck the next. a friend of mine went with me on a little test drive, it did great the whole way out. a 1/3rd of the way back i got a nice up close view of the top of my hood. good thing it was on back roads...
