wow.......thats a lot of money......... i am assuming you hate LS1's, thats why you are building LT1 ........ but for 11k , you could've buy an LT1 .......heck even this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CAMAR...QQcmdZViewItem

            98 camaro $4000 came w/tint, flowmaster, y87 70k
            LCD $700
            starter $300
            Plugs/wires $500

            valve body
            ------------------
            Total $5800

My car has been a real good car ........ even after 22k i have no trouble (knock on wood! ;) )it really makes any f-body look good, reliability wise...........as you can see, other than the starter, all the money spent was just for tune up purposes .........

Re: How much i spent so far :(

I added this up awhile ago and the grand total of things fixed, mods and the cost of the car was $11,500......

BUT, the beauty of my mods is that 90% of them will transfer right over to an LS1 T/A or Z28

The only things that will go with the car when/if I sell it are the shift kit, headers and exhaust. The rearend will a piece of cake to sell. Other than that, I'll completely demod it and take everything with me to my next car :D

Gotta luv universal nitrous kits

more then I wanted too, but probably not alot. Hard to say I got some sweet deals on stuff and made money off of mods I have bought and sold.

Only regret was not buying a car a month later when I got a $4 an hour raise, and could afford a 0 mile 04 GT with ease.
