back story:
local streetracing board member was at a resturaunt. some kid approaches him and slips him a napkin. here is said napkin:
if you dont get it, the kid told him it was a Underground racing league
gamers will know that it sounds like something from Need for speed underground. so anyways, the kid is a douche and they've been calling the dude all day. i figure, hell, why just local guys harass him? lets get the whole country in on it. the fact that he even came up with something that lame makes him deserving of phone calls around the clock.
