Josh is a good businessman, despite what you may think. He has had some issues to take care of on a personal basis in the last few months or so from what I understand. I ALWAYS try to deal with him whenever possible, because he is a good person to do business with. If I can, I will get ahold of him and tell him personally about your situation, and make sure what should be done is done. As for now, I suggest you remove the link in your sig. If you have a problem, you need to contact him, and keep it off here, because what you say can be construde as libel if not 100% true.

I have left several messages and sent several e-mails. I put the stuff on here to raise awareness of his poor business practices. I am exceedingly frustrated with him right now.

It is 100% true that he owes me money (I did not put the full amount on the link). It is 100% true that he has not responded to any of my correspondence. It is 100% true that it has been a few months. It is 100% true that I have tried to contact him several times. I have no concerns with the legality of my link.
If he does have personal issues, he needs to e-mail me or have someone take care of his customers.
I bought o2 sims from him and it didnt work, he then said i would have to contact the company he gets them from, pay to send it back, then once they recieved it, they would send me another but id have to pay shipping for that too.
