  • Awesome Dealership Story

So my mom's VW was acting up, and she took it to the dealership.

They told her that she "blew" the engine because she changed the oil "too often" (every 3000 mi). Since she did'nt follow the owner's manual, which says 5000-6000 mi, she was technically at fault.

Fortunately, since they want to keep her business, they fixed the car for free...

I told her, next time she definately needs to have them top off the headlight fluid...

What idiots. Every time I forget what kind of stupid ***holes the dealership people are, I see another story like this. At least they fixed it tho.

And this is why I'm one of those people that couldn't care less about a warranty.

      That is all.

I have little sympathy for her after she gave me grief about how her VW convertable is so much better than my new car.

            By: Hib Halverson

At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
