what is the benifit from these?

Is it a more straight shot for air to flow?

BTW, they look sweet!

straighter and hotter (faster moving) air for the turbo to use. Less Bends makes things more efficient.

what about the infamous spark plug changing problem with those headers? is that going to be a feat tackled from the bottom with those headers? easier or harder?

what you mean "with this headers"? it will take minutes to change the plugs..... same as CIA headers......

right now the exhuast flows out of the head into the pace setters, then a "reverse y-pipe" the goes under the K-member, bends up and into the turbo.... this is a long way and alot of piping to fill with gas when you floor it... plus it cools down

hot fast moving exhaust gas's = MUCH better spool

hopefully for me i can biuld boost at the line now :)

Are you going to use the same size turbo?

Are you guys going to drop the engine to install this thing? Does this delete the AC and Powersteering?

I notice that this kit is not ideal for running through the exhaust system. So are you just gonna run it open?

**** no i wont even need to jack up the car..... that no my motor that just the moto tiago made the jig on to biuld the headers with out my car there (from linxs headers)

nope all all that stays (unles you want the exuast over the k mber then you take out AC, but i'll take ac over loosin 1-2 inches of ground clearance any day) power streeing resivor has to be fliped around but thats it :) eveything stays

why not? the exhaust will route under the k member on the pass side and go right to the Cat !!! MUST hook it up its far to lound lol

I was asking because even with pasesetters on, I wouldnt say chaning plugs is easy. Its still difficult, its just easier then with the manifolds on. But the primaries on your headers look bigger, blocking access to the plugs, thats why I was asking. But it sounds like they'll be the same, which is good!

the pace setter block 2 plugs the #4 and #6, the only these block from getting a rachet on is #1 and you can use a open end wrench on the sparkplug socket = easy

Yes Tiago (and linxs (pat)) did a very nice job on these :drool:

et differenace, i'm not sure they will add power but they will ad power sooner in the RPM band (more under the curve)

i'm really hoping for better 60 foot times if i could pull a 1.6 60's i could take off ~0.6 with is ~11.4 so we shall see, plus soon as i get my truck i can send the stall back for a restall if needed :)
