I have nationwide and its full coverage, not sure if it makes any difference but the car was paid in full when my parents bought it for me so nothing is owed and I got the title sign over to me about 6 months ago. not sure if that plays in the rate or not

Well sh!t, I'm waiting for any kind of drop because mine is $234 a month. I don't get it, I was looking for a better rate with predator_bird online and couldn't find one. He typed in the same coverage for himself and its way lower. Either insurance companies don't like 99 f-bodies or they don't like my name...

don't feel bad, I was currius and tried usaa.com since they are suppose to be military friendly and they wanted like $450 a MONTH.

as for preditor bird, he has a 94, its a lot older and insurance gets cheeper with how old a car is. also the cost to fix the body of the older birds are cheeper because they have less "curves" in them, there fore taking less time and cutting down on the labor cost. there any MANY onther factors too but those are th big ones I guess :shrugs:

Yeah, look at it from USAA's perspective: AB Snuffy bought a brand new WRX STi at $600/month car payments (because Snuffy had no money for a down, has no credit and is trying to live outside of his means) and would like to insure his street-racing special with them. Of course they're going to charge more for younger people, that's who most lower-ranking individuals are. If you're 35 and A1C, you've been busted down. Again, not someone I'd want to insure.

All joking aside, USAA is a rip off and I won't go through them (they wanted more than AAA did when I was young!)

24 years old, I pay $244 for 4 months out of every 6, liabiltiy only, with Geico, it used to be 360 a month for minimum liability on a 87 bronco, I had a few ticket, lol

I only have one speeding ticket remaining on my insurance now it should go off in a month or two, then oct. I turn 25, so we will see how much it is then.
