My baby got nailed today ... :[ I was driving minding my own buisness behind this F-150 about 5 car lengths back. Were comming up to a red light an i can't see around him, cos his car = huge and my car = squat. I can't see where the car in front of him is ... so i start to slow down and he locks up his brakes. I'm like HOLY (*#% and slamm on mine. I stop literaly INCHES from his bumper. I'm sitting there having like a heart attack thinking i'm the luckest person in the damned world, and then i hear screeching and feel a thud ... :[ I look back and a 96 Escort is like all up in my a$$.

So, were both Ok, it was her fault. but her car like piz-owned my baby. I think it might have frame dmg but i'm not to sure. The bumper is pushed down and so is the panel that says CAMARO. The lights are also kinda pushed down. the hatch is pushed up ... but it still works ?? i dunno. And heres the kicker, both my quarterpanels are lifted up about a 1/4 of an inch. you know behind the doors? the little part of the Q panel that is right before your rear wheels? mine have this like huge like wave on both sides :[ . and like they aren't lvl with the hatch and there are little waves in them over the wheel wells ... I think i'm going to cry. So i think there is a good chance of frame dmg cos the Quarters are welded to the frame. If there is ima have a caniption. why ...

It's her fault - her insurance pays for it.

I have a question, kinda off your topic, sorry, but what about no-fault states (such as Michigan)?
I think it doesnt matter if it is her fault, your insurance has to pay for it and if you have PLPD then oh well you are SOL, I think that is how it works, but am not sure.
