Is downloading music videos illegal?

Is there such a thing as music video piracy, seriously?

I got all ranges from Led Zeppelin to Fear Factory, Deftones, Hatebreed, and so on and so on.
Id rather DL music vids than just music, I don't know why. Guess id rather buy the cd than rip it off online, but thats just me, id rather have the real deal it's cool if you do that though (to each their own).

Probably. I don't see why because you can watch them on TV, but you can hear songs on the radio, but it's illegal to download them.

How can it be illegal if they're not even put up for sale, I could record them off tv instead of DL'ing them and it would still be the same. Oh well

Or get a tv tuner card and record them straight on your computer [img]smile.gif[/img]
But that is no different than recording music.. I'd think it would be illegal too, but not bad enough for them to worry about.
It is just 1 song as opposed to a whole CD that is ready to be burned for your distributing pleasure.
