best racing video game?

NFSU isn't too bad either, but can't wait for GT4.

The problem is people expected SRS to be NFS:U -- but thats not what they wanted. The production company repeatedly said it was NOT going for an arcade style-racer. They wanted something realistic. I think they were headed in the right direction with the ability to purchase individual mods but they lacked in a couple areas. One being the amount of mods to choose from -- another being lack of choice for cars -- and the biggest one I thought was no way to mod the driveline ..... You couldn't change the gearing or anything along those lines. Otherwise, the game is quite fun [img]smile.gif[/img]

Honestly, do you think the "tru gangsta Ricers" even know that gearing can be changed in a car? Betcha can't get one of them to tell you what their final gear ratio is in their car if ya asked.. ;) Betcha I don't know what mine is in muh Buick, lol. I'm such a ricer punk!

I have X box,ps2 and gamecube{I got tired of them only releasing stuff to a certain system i didnt have, so i bought them all} Ps2 I love Nfs underground and Burnout 3. I got Srs for Xbox and was disapointed, It had alot of problems. It mostly let me down cause i was waiting for this game to be released since fall of 02. Gt4 will prob be cool, I found alot of crap wrong with gt3 I hope they fix though
