  • Are you guys seeing more modified V6 F-body?

I swear I saw 3 today. One red 98+ Camaro on my way to work. One silver pre-98 firebird going home and another black Camaro at the post office.

They are all V6 and by the sound of their exhaust, you can tell it's a V6. Nice sounding too. I asked the guy at the post office what he's got done. He has flowmaster, catco, RKSport headers, Hypertech, lid, rims, springs, and so on. I asked him if he goes to this website. He said no and never heard of it.

So it goes to show that there are alot more people out there with modified V6 that doesn't go to this site. But it's awesome to see them and make recommendations to come here.

I actually see a decline in the "hardcore" people on this site. Most of the members now are kids with barely enough money to afford intake and exhaust... and the "hardcore" people we have now don't run their cars. Kinda took the excitement away. I will admit... it was fun logging on to see what Keith or Kris(slacker69) or Nino or Zack were doing next.

No modded V6's f-bodies around here that I have seen.

Old school, import and modern muscle cars are at the local hang-outs.

I run into some cam'n V6's at the local spots by my area. I know for a fact they aren't members on this site.

I seen one modified V6 fbody in my life on my own (like, not at a cv6.com meet or whatever), and all it had was flowmaster exhaust.

Not many people have modified 6ers, and when people see mine with like the hood open and stuff, they are like "wow, ive never seen a modified 6 before, didnt know they made stuff for them"

then i take em for a ride, and they are like "wow, this thing is pretty friggin quick!"

Theres this badass silver Firebird that always sits in my driveway, it has the SLP loudmouth, and a FV6.com sticker. Very cool car.

                          I don't see too many.
And I see A LOT of f-bodies daily.
Seeing modified corvettes is even more of a rarity for me...hardly ever see any with even exhaust done.
