I've NEVER hate any issues that you PC guys have with spyware on my Mac

Now... the image of 95batman has up... is NOT us doing anything with spyware. You need to look at the instructions of your software. We use cookies for the board, that is IT. there is NO spy where in them, NO tracking of information, NO desturctive stuff. We don't even use pop-ups for ads. Those are built into the board pages so no one whines about it like other sites.

And the Google blocker bar.. that is it's own spyware. In "corporate America", we remove anything that is not installed by us when a user complains "my machine is running slow" and explain that they are causing the slowness by installing NON-corporate authorized software. That goes over like a fart in church.. but there machine runs much better without Weatherbug and those silly things.

LOL those ******* companies don't care enough to piss off the 10% of the market who owns crapples lol j/k I used to program on apples in high school... some days they would work ok, other days we would get multiple crashes in the 2 hour class period. I do like their cooling techniques though

I will remove that link... I uninstalled ZoneAlarm Pro anyway, all it did was mess with my internet and slow down websites.

no its not the windows messenger... its IE opening by itself and going to a gay *** webpage and trying to run active x probably to install their program... I think it has something to do with Warcraft 3 because I will be playing and get like 20 pop-ups, but when I am done they stop mysteriously....

Could be that they're coming in from Wc3's ports. check out http://www.blackviper.com and clean the crap out of your processes, this might help more than you think. I'm behind a router, and have NAV 2004 Pro, usually don't have too many problems with spyware.. except those damn search toolbars. Whenever I click "no", they somehow install themselves.

I have the same problem. My mom / little brother (7) use a laptop, and he clicks EVERYTHING. On a good day, I can find 25 or so programs on there, mostly yahoo and cartoon network games, combined with dialers, trojans, wildtangent, keyloggers...ahh, the joy. Just had to reformat it because no matter what I did, I kept getting insane amounts of popups.

Anyway, good luck, hope you get it all cleaned up. Worst case, there's the reformatting road .
