well not me personally but we have one in my family, 94, GTP DOHC 3.4L...
My dad has spent more money on that thing to keep it running, then I have spent on...
Rims, tires, clear corners, Zaino, plugs, wires, and a nitrous setup I will be picking up later this week.
and the car only has 55k on it:)

Wait until you get that new computer in... it is such a great mod for the 3.4. hell took me nearly 25 minutes to pull the battery out of it.
Working on this car makes installing longtubes on an lt1 look easy.

Thats the truth. That alternator would take a few hours to remove, because of the location. But with the access of tools and equipment I have, plus connections to a few GM dealerships, I wouldn't pay $500 for replacing it.
As for the engine, that thing is in excellent condition. I am the second owner of it, and for a '95, it only has about 58k on it. The previous owner took very good care of it. I expect problems with this engine, but not near as many as most have had with it.1995 Pontiac Firebird
