• Too damn busy lately.... I'll be back soon

Good lord!

Just got back from Florida this past weekend (week long bachelor party, 4 of us)... had to rush home early cause of new house.

Pic of the new beater
http://bbbracing.com/12secondv6/100_0884.JPG

You will ALL hate me for this pic! :
http://bbbracing.com/12secondv6/100_1112.JPG

Now... what do you do with a brand new Mercedes with under 400 miles? :

I think I've made close to 10 trips to my storage place w/ the benz like that

When I can move into the new house, I'll have a rental truck and do it all at once.

No burnouts/ times yet....

Contract for new house is all signed..... I'm meeting home inspector Wednesday morning... then septic guy on thursday... closing is on the 22nd but I'm hoping we can move it up to that Friday, 19th. The people have all moved out and were gone beginning of this month so it is empty now. Wednesday also getting a moving truck and getting rid of 2 beds, filing cabinets, chest of draws, tool chest etc.

Raised ranch, 3 bedroom, 1 full bath, fireplace, no garage but HUGE work shop/ storage area, kitchen, pantry, deck, etc.

I'm out of my current house this thursday and going to my dad's for a bit until the 22nd.

Neon is still here.... haven't had time to get rid of it.... sigh... and I don't want to, but me n manual ain't happening anymore.

I've been sooo damn busy lately I haven't had a chance to drive the bird much :( Since the surgery in April I've put on 400 miles? Nitrous solenoids aren't even on the bird :(

Once I get settled into the new house I'll get everything back in order on the bird and get back to racing. I came across this:
http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/cleanair/...nspection.html
Collector's Vehicle...With collector registration you can only drive 6000 miles in 2 yrs,but the car is exempt from all safety and emissions testing. The only thing that has to work is your odometer.

Still have the g/f..... and..... looks like she will be making some passes in the bird..... yes.... I DID just say that..... I'm head over heals in love w/ her.

What else..... um.... dunno.... busy as hell.

Oh yeah.... took out a 2007 S500 the other day (just before florida).... nothing official ;) ... but:
night vision
5.5L 380+ HP N/A
7 speed tranny
I could go on and on for hours listing non official things..... lets just say.... I was left with my mouth wide open... in awe... but then I'm kinda impartial to mercedes... and this 500 isn't the high perf version... just wait for that ;)

Sorry for the long post.... back to packing!

Sweet! Congrats on the house.

Ther was a time when everything I owned would fit in my '90 Plymouth Sundance. Now it would take a full-size U-haul truck, both our pickups and my 7'x18' flatbed to move everything we have
