I'm fixing the bird and I accidentally drop the snap ring in the engine bay. Now I can't find the darn thing.

I swear, I've dropped and lost small sockets, washers and nuts in the engine bay and I could never find them.

I found two screw drivers and an exacto knife in my engine bay near the driver's side wheel well. None of them were mine - they must have been there since I bought the car from a dealership a year ago.

Ive gotten pretty good at finding dropped tools.. usually beating on the body panels ,and the panels underneath until you hear it bouce.. then you track that dang tool until it drops.

dude.. i always put tools down someplace or in my pocket. Takes longer to find the tool then the job entails.
