so is a big thing around here to get on the list and stuff or how does that work? On other forums its like the big thing to knock someone down the list and take over their spot. Seems around here like nobody really cares about 1/4 mile.

Used to be big time... I always look an aim to take poeple out all the time, I even save that link to go back and see... Used to be tons of threads in Drag racing section but it dropped off...

If I didn;t have 3-4 people head of me on the 3.4L list, I woudln't have worked my way up to the number 1 spot there... always felt great to get bumped up a spot or two... hell i remember when I was like the 16th place or so for 3.4Ls...

I was hoping to aim for the internally stock record, when it was a 14.0 from magnus... but Little G raised that bar to 13.7 little hard for me to drop 7/10ths without spending a bit more money.

Recently I have been aiming just to beat myself. I can't wait for fall, I WILL be getting new bests, I am averaging 14.5s in hot weather, and I am not even cutting my best 60's DA correnctions(I know mean nothing but still a tool) is putting me at 14.3s in good weather.

So I may have the potential to cut a 14.3s pretty consistantly with a possibility to get a 14.2 as is assuming I don't do any mods.

well as some of you know, I already have the fastest V6 powered fiero on the forums (people have claimed on other forums that they know a guy that met a guy that saw a guy at the track with his V6 turbo fiero that went 10's but you know how that is) and that engine will be going into a 95-97 firebird within the next year. My goal will be high 10s and look bone stock.

she has a v6. They are VERY strict of who is and isn't on the list. and they only want 3rd and 4th gen v6 f-bodies with L36 or 60* v6s in it.

hence the big debates over TTAs notbeing on it.

Besides, if I remember right James is in 2nd place, he has seen her car if it was a v8 he would have brought it up just for the fact he woudl have been the fastest v6 awhile ago.

At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
