    With the Memorial Day holiday here and everyone doing BBQ, I have a question that I've been wondering about........Do you guys on the East Coast have Tri-Tip??

    I can never seem to find it around here in Massachusetts, I always have it when I go out to Vegas though and its awesome... [img]graemlins/bowdown.gif[/img]

            I've lived up and down the East (New Hampshire, New York, PA, South Carolina, Arkansas, Florida) and never saw tri-tip until I came to Tucson. I guess back East it ends up as stew meat or ground beef..
