• i'm so happy right now!!! i'm NEVER ****ing going back to the way i was!!!

I was looking for some good "before" pics for before i went on atkins and i found some....oh boy did i find some. When i found them i was so ****ING angry at my self for having been like that and i also felt like crying for having once been like that. I am making a promise to myself RIGHT NOW that i am NEVER going back to the way i was and that i'm going to continue losing weight (i still have more to go). Currently i have lost about 56-57 pounds (prolly be like 60 after i wake up today since i weighed myself before bed (after i ate so i will of course weigh more) ) and i have about 40 more that i would like to go...wish me luck. I cant believe the results ...i'm just so ****ing happy....and pissed... and wanting to cry all at the same time lmao If you want to see some pics go here http://www.geocities.com/super_saiya...ore-during.JPG (copy and paste into browser)

Congratulations. Just make sure to take in SOME carbs, because carbs are energy. Otherwise, you'll burn out wayyyy fast.

This Atkins diet is making a lot of people turn around in their habits. I, on the other hand, piss those people off because I'm sitting in my cube right now drinking a whey protein shake.

If (or should i say when) i start lifting weights iwth my friend again i'm probably going to have whey protein shakes since the energy will be used.

I had to start doing protein shakes before and after lifting. I was working out to the point where my head was spinning and felt like I was going to pass out. Things changed a lot since high school days. :(

big difference, Keep it up. Although if I were you I would start a cardio work out 1-2 times a week and move it up to every other day. Start very light but try to keep your heart rate up for 15-20ish mins (a 15-20 min fast walk will work and move into jogging). Good luck...
