    how safe is ebay and buying cars!! as you all know i lost my maro and well i am in louisiana and things are crazy right now, i amight look around in tx. but my buddy bought a 2001 firebird formula for like 7 grand and it was one hellava deal the car is like awesome, but in general how safe is it?

    i bought my camaro off ebay....The guy covered up some slight damage to the front bumper cover and right fender with a bra. his daughter must have hit something. BUt i fixed it for about 250 bucks so its good.

    But other than that ebay isnt bad as long as you check the sellers feedback and ask alot of questions.
    95 black 3.8 camaro, Intake, Pacesetters, Flowmaster 80 series, accel plugs and wires, B&M shift kit (eh could be better), hopefully a highflow cat soon. and a bunch of appearance mods.

      I don't buy anything on eBay, let alone something that costs several thousand dollars.

        I can't seem to find any deals on ebay. I found my Camaro on autotrader.com though.

        Between ebay, autotrader and craigslist, I think the internet is a pretty good resource. If I had to pick one though, I say definitely go for autotrader.

              yeah, a lot of people like to test drive and inspect before buying, and there are some that dont care either way.

                  i just bought a couch.... i was happier than expected too :) but a car? not yet.... I also buy almost all my car mods and cloths off eBay also
