This has been discussed and debated so many time in force induction. It sometimes got ugly.

Both of them have their advantages and disadvantages.

All I can say is, they are both good and if one is better than the other one or vice versa then one of them should have been extinct. Which is not the case.

FYI. A turbocharger is also refered to as a supercharger. It's just a different method of making the impeller spin.
