I use whatever the dealer puts in my car for oil changes...

If I did my own oil changes...
Mobil 1, with 4.3L Purolator filter
If my car was high mileage, Valvoline Maxlife worked great on my old car, stopped the 1-2 leaks it had.

before you crack on me for having the dealer do my oil changes... The car came with free dealer oil changes up to 90,000 miles, and they top off all my fluids, and rotate my tires all for free.

Kinda of ironic, the one car that I have that will likely be the easiest car I own to change the oil in is the one car I don't change the oil on.
