Guy goes to the hospital and is placed in quarantine while the doctors run tests.

A few hours later the doctor walks over to the door and says," I'm afraid I have some bad news, we're putting you on a strict diet of pizza and pancakes."

The patient says," that sounds great! why would you say that's bad news?"

the doctor replies," We discovered you have Ebola, and that's all that will fit under the door."
