When I open up IE browser it will ONLY let me have 1 IE window open at a time.

Even though usually i have 3 or 4 open at a time it just wont let me.

For example im reading a post, but then i click on one of the advertisments for this site what it will do is in the same IE window i was reading the post it will open up the link i clicked on.

And if i try "open link in new window" when i right click on a link it will still open it on that same window.

any help will be appreciated.

Have you re-booted teh computer latly? Sometimes re-booting will fix random errors that occur.

IE, there is your first problem. I though anyone with half a brain has figured out that mozilla is a rock solid browser and not to use that IE crap. www.mozilla.org. 'ppreciate ya!

You can try:
Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab -> uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts"

only thing I can think of off the top of my head

my first guess would be that a pop-up blocker is over-reaching it's authority.

Why you're not using Firefox with tabbed browsing is beyond me though.

To arrange all open windows
Right-click an empty area on the taskbar.
Click Cascade Windows, Tile Windows Horizontally, or Tile Windows Vertically.
Notes

Windows that are reduced to taskbar buttons will not be displayed.
To restore your windows to their previous state, right-click an empty area on the taskbar, and then click Undo Cascade or Undo Tile.
