avitar pic. change?

i did a search but im not getting it...
how do i put a custom avitar picture up? ok sorry i found the info on the avitar image... first day here and im Fing stuff up.. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

is there any way you can check to see how many posts youve made?

to see how many posts you have made..click on your screen name at the left side of this thread

on the top right of the page go to "my profile"

then click "edit profile"

..in there it will show all of your info..scroll down to "avatar"

..you can either choose one of the site's avatars..or if you have a photo online somewhere you just enter the URL to it..then click "update profile"

..and thats that..you want the picture to be as square as possible..otherwise it may distort the image since the avatars are small squares
