question about a ticket?

ok i just moved into a new town figureing out i live next to the high school. but befor eknowooing all of this one day im off to lowes and i just pull off of the street i live on onto another street and get up to 45 pass the cop setting on the side of the road trying to hide. didtn slow down didnt hit the brakes. then i see him behind me with blue lights. so i pull over thinking this is probably about my tags or something. "son do you know why i puled you over" ( i love it when they say that) no sir i really dont. you were speeding. isnt 45 ther limit. no its 30. but the way i happen to go down the road i got pulled over on i n3ever see the posted sign.it is there but i never have seen becaseu i see the back of the sign when i pass it. so i get this ticket ( but have had driving school so cant pull that off) is there a chance of the judge being more lenient if i were to pleed not guilty. and if anyone makes a comment about not manning up to a ticket they should keep it to them selves i dont have a problem paying tickets and get parking ones all the time on my college campus. but honestly thought the speed limit was 45. so do i just say screw it and pay the ticket and not go to court or should i try.

Well number 1 sober up before posting a traffic ticket question. lol sorry had to say it. number 2 talk to the district attorney about it explain the situation they might cut you some slack.

If I were doing 45 in a 30MPH zone and got caught, I would just pay the fine and go on my way.
