I was watching the ER channel, this guy fell 10 feet from a tree onto a branch the branch penatrated his rectum and went straight into his chest. He survived with lots of operations. The end of the branch was 3 inches thick comming out of his butt.
4 feet of wood went through his butt to his chest.
Good news is the branch missed all vital organs, it only tore his bladder and anus.
