  • rechargable battery longevity

I've had rechargable batterys completely die from being stored with a full charge and no charge.

What is better for storing? to have a full charge, half charge, or no charge?

I know batteries develop a "memory" if you dont fully deplete them first, then recharge them.

All depends on the type of battery.

Some battery types will discharge by themselves when stored.

Other types develop the memory if you don't use them all the way.

      ^^^ Yep.

It depends on the chemical compostion of the battery because they all have different charge half-life's.
