step1) call hokiebird and agree to meet him to go to a car show.
step 2) while waiting to meet up watch a cop drop some body off and then back up
step 3) recive ticket for ilegal window tint and failure to display front tag while sitting in neutral and idling as hokiebird shows up

It was a good time despit the ticket, getting lost in baltimore, running a red light in front of a cop, almost driving down the metro tracks, and driving into a rain downpour with your window down right?
