I was just watching the news and they said the most expensive house in america just sold for 90 million bucks! It's in NY on 40 acers, with 2 guest houses, a pool house, keepers house, 75' pool, a barn converted to a dinning hall and its an ocean view! This beat the previous record by 20 mil set last year in FL. Must be nice huh?
