The Uniting and Strengthening America By Providing Appropriate Tools Required To Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (H.R. 3162, the "USA PATRIOT Act") allows law enforcement agencies to delay giving notice when they conduct a search. This means that the government could enter a house, apartment or office with a search warrant when the occupant was away, search through they property and take photographs, and in some cases seize physical property and electronic communications, and not tell them until later.
This has been called "Sneak and Peek". </font>[/QUOTE]That has nothing to do with this. They didn't have a search warrant. And no, nobody let them in, and I also said we aren't going to take any action because it'll do nothing but cause grief. Just makes me mad they went ahead and did it and theres really not too much action you can take that won't effect us later on down the road. :(
