Can someone register on a racing site for me?

I'm trying to e-mail slowassta, a member on www.tidewaterracing.com . Trouble is I'm not a member and it won't allow me to e-mail him without being a member. I can't register now because I'm at work. Could someone register over there and find out his e-mail address and let me know here? Thanks!
