Well after a little over 3 years its time for me to say goodbye. If been on this site since shortly after its beginning and watched to go from practically nothing to a very good site; however I feel like its beginning to go downhill. I think Stefan sees it to which is why he is getting more and more easily aggravated (just a hunch). Troll’s are running rampant (especially in the kill section), members are fighting with members, members who have moved on to V8’s are bashing on members who own V6’s, etc. I’m sure most of this is just from the shear size that this site has grown to.
This isn’t the only reason for my departure; I no longer own a fbody myself and feel I can’t contribute much anymore.
Stefan and Teal, take this anyway you like, but if I were you, I would lock down the lounge and kill story sections for a few months. The true members would be able to survive that time and it would drive away some of the worthless ones. You have run a great site here, and I appreciate and want to thank you for what you have done for the V6 fbody community. I am leaving, but I ask that you don’t delete my account, as I may check in from time to time.
RedlineVSix and the other Ohio guys, you guys are great and I’ve enjoyed knowing all of you. I’ll try to continue to stay in touch over AIM.
James, good luck with breaking into the 11’s, you’ve come quite far since I’ve joined this site, and I’m sure you’ll reach your goal.
Hawgs, you’re an *******… keep it up ;)
To the rest of you, good luck with your cars, and try to remember this site was originally created for fbody tech. reasons. Most of you know this and contribute in your own way, but there are a few who only use it for the lounge and kill stories.
I’m going to miss this place and I’ll check in once in a while.
