• A GTO Worth Having..

If they fixed that exhaust a bit, I think this would turn out to be a pretty good seller. It is definately an improvement over the new GTO everyone is used to.

This is a supposed GTO concept. The engine is rumored to be 389 cubic inches of goodness, pushing out 575hp. Everything is speculation at this point. Some even think that's the prototype LS7. Who knows. It's hot though

Why, oh why, can't GM understand that they need to improve the looks 10-fold!?

    Let the praising/bashing begin?

EDIT: Found some other photoshop'd colors here.

That GTO looks so badass... I'd almost rather have that then a C6.

Looks way better than the current GTO!

Kind of looks like an Audi/Viper

uhh - actually thats a GTO concept.

GM in fact made that -- so when you say "GM needs to look at stuff like this and make it!" -- they are way ahead of you.

Here he comes to wreck the day!!!! LOL

Anyway, for some reason the new GTO's haven't appealed that much to me. The best looking GTO I've ever seen was the '67 in the movie "XXX". With the sidepipes and the gorgeous paint job, that car was just pure sweetness...

that one looks pretty nice. It needs SLP dual duals in the rear though.

                        I'd pimp it.

That car rocks. I would absolutely hit that. To those of you who say we'll never see it, I wouldn't be so sure. GM has been very open with the automotive press that the current GTO is just a placeholder until they can properly create one. I wouldn't be at all surprised if we saw something similar to that for the 2006 or 2007 model year.

-and is it me or does the space between the grill and the opening in the bumper look a little too big? Like the grill or opening needs to be a little bigger?

Either way the wheels are so sexxxy makes up for any flaws in it
