TPI Engines are pretty good

I know this guy that owns an '89 vette. What he did was Vortec heads, Accel Intake, and 1000cfm TB, injectors and fine tuning.

Along with his exhaust setup and nothing else, he got 306 rwhp. And his car still passes Calif. smog test.
