So my 89 bird has 220k miles on it. Everything on and in the engine is still original. It does leak oil in 4 places. So I put in this liquid engine repair which is suppose to improve performance, increase compression, and stop leaks. I included this to the oil change I did.

Drove the car for 280 miles none stop from California to Nevada. Parked it and waited till the next day.

It definitely stopped the oil leak. The only leaks I see now are from the power steering pump. I didn't notice any change in the engine performance though.

Good to know about stopping the oil leak. Now my question is do I add this every time I do an oil change?

I know with bars headgasket stuff you use it once since its pretty thick stuff, don't want to clog up anything. Me i would use it once then replace what needs to be replaced , i wouldn't use it as a permanent solution. Does it say on the bottle to use it on every oil change?

No it didn't say anything at all. Yeah, you're right it's not a permanent solution.

my main concern with any of those stop leaks is it gumming up oil filter bypasses or any small valleys and causing oil starvation to bearings therefore killing the engine by spinning a bearing
